Tools for Responsible Gaming at Winshark

We are committed to providing a safe and controlled gaming environment for all our players. To support this commitment, Winshark offers a range of responsible gambling tools that you can access directly from your account settings. These tools are designed to help you manage your play and ensure it remains a form of entertainment.

Managing Your Play with Limits

You have the ability to set financial and time-based limits on your account to help you stay within your desired boundaries. These include:

  • Deposit Limits: Set a maximum amount you can deposit within a specified period (daily, weekly, or monthly).
  • Loss Limits: Define the maximum amount you are willing to lose within a chosen timeframe (daily, weekly, or monthly).
  • Session Limits: Establish a maximum duration for each gaming session.

These limits can be adjusted at any time. A decrease in a limit takes effect immediately. An increase, or the removal of a limit, will only be applied after a 7-day interval, providing a period for reflection.

Reality Checks and Time-Outs

To help you stay aware of your gaming activity, we provide:

  • Reality Checks: These are pop-up notifications that appear at set intervals during your gaming sessions, reminding you of the time spent and any wins or losses during that period.
  • Time-Outs: You can choose to take a short break from gaming, ranging from 24 hours to six weeks. During a time-out period, you will not be able to deposit or play.

You can configure these features in the 'Responsible Gambling' section of your account.

Self-Exclusion

For players who wish to take a more definitive break, self-exclusion is available. This allows you to exclude yourself from accessing our gaming services for a longer period, ranging from six months to five years. To activate self-exclusion, please navigate to the 'Responsible Gambling' options within your account settings and follow the outlined procedure. Once initiated, self-exclusion cannot be reversed during the chosen period.

Accessing Your Tools

All of these responsible gambling tools are readily available within your account area. Simply log in, navigate to the 'My Account' section, and select 'Responsible Gambling' from the menu. Here, you will find clear instructions and options to set or adjust your limits and preferences.
